Novels created in Muvel sync with the cloud in real time, so as long as you have internet, you can keep writing from any device with your account. No more moving files around.
Typewriter scroll
Even in a long manuscript, the part you are editing can automatically stay near the center of the screen. You can turn it off in options.

The installed version is designed so you can keep using Muvel for free regardless of the service status.
It supports local and offline use, and older versions are designed so they cannot later be turned into paid-only versions.
